General Information
A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to create your cake.
We require a NON REFUNDABLE 30% deposit within 1 week of ordering your cake with the balance payable 10 days prior to delivery.
You will need to know how you will be serving the cake:
- As dessert slices: you need a large slice of cake and need to cater for every person attending the function.
- As coffee slices: a finger slice of cake accompanied by other desserts or served on a platter per table.
Pricing
The prices of our cakes are determined by a few factors. The main drivers for price are the amount of art work, the number of hours that Gabi spends creating your cake and the size of the cake you are after.
Important tip: A large part to the cost of the cake is the labour content, so the more decoration involved, the more expensive the cake is likely to be.
A small three tier cake will be more expensive (in most cases) than a large two tier cake with simpler decorations
which can cater for the same amount of guests.
Cupcake stands are available for hire with the purchase of cupcakes.
Cakes can be made on a small scale if required. Please let us know when you enquire.
Delivery
Delivery costs start at $15 and rise depending on proximity from the Sydney CBD.
